Shipping Policy
Processing & Handling

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days if placed before 3 PM.

Bikes may take up to 10 business days to ship.

Orders with added equipment may need 1–2 extra days for installation.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Freight Shipping for Bikes

All bikes are shipped via Freight LTL (large-item freight).

Delivery appointment required—please provide a valid phone number and email.

Liftgate service is included at no extra charge; other services (e.g., inside delivery) are the customer’s responsibility.

If your address is undeliverable, we’ll contact you for an alternative.
Shipping Details

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, Europe, and more.

Delivery estimates: 3–10 business days within the USA, 6–21 days internationally (location dependent).

Lithium batteries ship only to the continental USA, Canada, and EU due to hazmat rules.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes unless managed by a concierge service that can sign for packages.
Carriers
We work with trusted partners like FedEx, UPS, DHL, and local couriers.

All high-value shipments require a signature.

For freight shipments, address changes are not possible once in transit.

Batteries and large orders within the USA ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (hazmat compliance).
International Shipping

Air & ocean freight available to EU countries, Canada, Australia, and Asia.

1–3 units: 6–8 days delivery time.

4+ units (bulk/wholesale): 14–20 days.

We handle customs fees for dealers, resellers, and bulk buyers to ensure smooth delivery.
Warranty Policy
Coverage

2-year limited warranty on all products (parts & materials) under normal use.

1-year prorated battery warranty—repair or replacement at no cost during the first year.

Warranty period remains from the original purchase date (no cash reimbursements).
Exclusions
Warranty does not cover:

Normal wear items (bearings, seals, chains, brake parts, suspension valving).

Damage from accidents, crashes, or neglect.

Misuse (including modifications, non-genuine parts, racing, or improper charging/storage).

Cosmetic issues like minor paint chips or scratches (discounts may be offered instead).
